INNOVEXA’s manufacturing plant is an ISO & GMP certified industrial-scale facility. The production units match all the compliances enforced by the competent authorities. Both pilot and commercial plants have all contact parts made either with Glass lining & Teflon junctures or using Stainless Steel Grade 316 L coated with FRP. In one of our manufacturing units, we are producing ferric pyrophosphate which is an alternative source of IRON and is prescribed for food fortification in over 120 countries by WHO to prevent anemia and malnutrition. Presently we have a production capacity of 150 MT per month at 100% potential. Both our process and our values are to cater our customer with the material in compliance to their required quantity, quality, performance, and price parameters.

Scale-Up & Validation
INNOVEXA has a state of the art research and manufacturing facility. Our facility supports various levels of pilot production for nanomaterial prototyping and qualification, as well as, industrial scale manufacturing. The design of our system allows us to adjust the scalability of the process up and down and rapidly reset between manufacturing cycles.
